Delivery, Shipment & Returns

Delivery Guidelines

  • Charlotte Office
    For deliveries made to the Charlotte (CLT) location, we will take responsibility for providing shipment details. The scanned packing slip will be uploaded to the Procurement Log in Smartsheet.

  • Project On-Site Locations
    For deliveries made directly to project on-site locations, it is the Project Manager's responsibility to update the Procurement Log with the packing slip.

In cases where certain parts are delivered without packing slips, you are required to update the Procurement Log and include a note indicating the absence of a packing slip.

Shipment

  • If an order needs to be shipped from the Charlotte (CLT) office to a designated location (such as Contractors, Panel Shop, Trailers, etc.), you are required to complete a Transmittal form and submit it to the Procurement Specialist.

Returns or Lost Package

  • Once the order is received, it is the responsibility of the location to verify that all parts are accounted for. If any parts are missing, they must be reordered promptly. We recognize that projects may occasionally lose materials, which can lead to delays in tasks and increased costs for the project.
